A Barbie Girl in Houston

During the Christmas break I had the opportunity to do a photoshoot with an up and coming Realtor based in Houston, TX by the name of Ms. Udoka Ugbala.  She has a great personality and is very easy to work with.  Check her out at Udokarealtor.com or facebook.com/udokaugbala

kick it up a notch!

Although I love the ability to capture a photo "perfectly" within the first shot, I'm also partial to being able to make a picture that may otherwise be discarded become more than desirable and framable. In this photo Allison choose the setting of her home with all of its "homey" stuff. She loved the way she looked in this photo, so she got what she wanted...kicked up a notch!

This particular picture had one of their kids on the left hand side of Danny walking to the hall of the reception. I removed their daughter and placed them in a beautiful image that I had which was taken at a park. She loved it. It's actually one of my favorites and really gives off that "happily ever after", "walking into the sunset feel". Warm and fuzzy!

Mini Vacay

After a very long (in a good way) year my hubby decided that I needed a mini-vacation. Yay me! So for the weekend I stayed at the Sheraton in Dallas. I realized that it had been years since I slept in until 11am let alone 12pm! To sum it up it was some good ol' fashioned R&R, much needed.

This was the view from my room.  Not bad.
